ARTICLE 3: WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS?
We collect the personal data you provide directly when browsing our website www.evently-yours.fr. In accordance with the principle of minimization, we only collect the data strictly necessary for the intended purposes.
Through our contact form, we may collect the following personal data:
- Identification data: first name, last name;
- Contact data: phone number, email address.

- Website management: Information collected during your browsing of evently-yours.fr is used by EVENTLY YOURS to promote its activities and ensure a functional, secure, and compatible website across various devices and browsers. The legal basis for processing is Article 6.1.f GDPR – Legitimate interest of EVENTLY YOURS;
- Cookie management: The website uses cookies and similar technologies to improve interactivity and perform statistical analysis of website traffic and audience measurement. The legal basis for processing is Article 6.1.a GDPR – Consent of the data subject, expressed via the cookie banner upon first connection.

- The EVENTLY YOURS sales team, as data controller, for the purposes described above;
- Authorized personnel of EVENTLY YOURS service providers and subcontractors, for support, operational maintenance, security maintenance, and hosting purposes.
When data is communicated to an external service provider, EVENTLY YOURS carefully selects its providers and ensures their compliance with GDPR and the French Data Protection Act.
By default, administrative and/or judicial authorities may also receive data where legally required for the performance of their duties.
Apart from the above recipients, EVENTLY YOURS undertakes not to disclose your personal data to third parties or external entities without your express consent.
Your data will never be shared, exchanged, sold, or rented to other partners.

Data collected via our contact form is retained for 3 years from the date of collection or last contact with you, unless you request deletion or object to the processing.

Our company’s server backups are also located in Europe, with subcontractors that are GDPR-compliant and ensure the highest level of security.

In the course of our business, we do not directly transfer your data outside the European Union.
However, should such transfers occur, we ensure that they are either made to countries recognized by the European Commission as providing adequate protection, or governed by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, guaranteeing sufficient protection of privacy and fundamental rights.
